I was born in 1961 to Christian parents. I gave my heart to Jesus Christ as a seven year old. I lived my life in the knowledge that Jesus Christ was real. I went through great times of testing and denial of the Lordship of Jesus Christ in my life.

On more than one occasion I sought to take my own life. Through God's great mercy, grace and love I came through those times. I came through imprisonment (literally), through confinement to a mental institution, through medications for psychosis, through addictions and through the pain that goes with all those experiences.

Romans 8

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.

I know that there is power in the name of Jesus Christ. I know that there is no other way to live life in all it's fullness other than walking in right relationship with God the Father; through the redemptive blood of Jesus Christ, by the power of the Holy Ghost.

I am married to Tom. Tom and I serve together in Worship and in hosting a Power Cell group. Currently, together with our children, we are reaching out into the neighbourhood, the street where we live. Young people are attending the meetings in our home and it is an awesome thing to know that the light we are called to show forth can shine with the fire of the Holy Spirit right where we live. This is the way it should be.

We have four children aged 15, 13, 11 and 10. All of whom have received Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. It is an exciting time to watch as your children grow as disciples of Jesus Christ and begin to mature in their faith. To be privileged to see the outworking of the faith God has gifted to your own children causes you to realise anew the depth of God's love for us and the blessings He bestows.

I am so thankful to my parents for the seeds they sowed into my life. Without the seed they sowed I would not be here! They trained me up in the way I should go, and although there was a time when I did not walk this way, the seeds sown and the prayers prayed, returned me to the roots of that tree of righteousness, which is Jesus Christ, my Saviour, Lord, Redeemer, Counselor, King and Prince of Peace.

We have been a part of Glory Wind Ministries International since it's birth and choose to fellowship at Bethany Gate Fellowship. Prior to this I served as the secretary to Hosanna Ministries International and was a singer in the Worship Team at Hosanna Christian Center. For many years I was also involved in the Salvation Army and have served as a Sunday School teacher, worship team member, Bible Study leader, and Intercessor. I have many people in many denominations that I owe a debt of gratitude to. Many people over the years encouraged me, prayed for me, carried me and stood in the gap for me. The fellowship of the Body of Christ cannot be replaced by any other thing. The bonds of God's love bind us together with chords that cannot be broken.

God has chosen to use me in prayer as a prayer leader for the Bethany Gate World Prayer Center, together with sharing the leading of worship at the Fellowship. Life is never dull. It is full to overflowing with outworking the will of the Father as I learn to walk in His ways, changing and growing and extending in the effectiveness of my life for Him.

I have a very strong desire to see people living and walking in victory. To see people come to that place where the old is left behind and where they can say, "I am a new creation, old things have passed away, I've been born again." This is a new and living way I am walking in and it is new every day because of my God's unfailing mercy. Great is His faithfulness.

I will endeavor by the grace of God to be a living testimony to the Nations for the extension of His Kingdom through the ministry of Glory Wind Ministries International and all that that encompasses.
